Requirements

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and similar software tools is necessary.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing as needed.
- Design, configure, and oversee Microsoft-based networks, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Implement network segmentation, VLANs, and routing protocols to enhance security.
- Collaborate with system administrators to ensure seamless integration of network services.
- Deploy and manage VMWare vSphere environments for optimized performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VMWare-related issues promptly.
- Administer storage solutions such as SAN and NAS from well-known vendors.
- Configure RAID arrays, LUNs, and storage pools for efficient data management.
- Monitor both storage performance and capacity proactively.
- Implement network security safeguards like firewalls and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and PCI DSS.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Create and test disaster recovery plans, and set up data backup strategies.
- Maintain precise network diagrams and documentation for reference.
- Generate and analyze performance reports for capacity planning.
