The technician will provide first-level support for end-users via phone, email, and chat, helping with issues like account lockouts and assisting in Active Directory and email migrations. Successful candidates will possess strong customer service skills and familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
Prior experience and ITIL certification are preferred. The role is onsite, Monday through Friday.
