Job Description- Complete line clearance and first‑piece inspection documentation upon each work order
- Verify all materials and labels match the traveler
- Understand traveler size/style descriptors and specialty symbols indicative of production requirements
- Perform ongoing quality checks on each tray during production
- Communicate with operators taking over your machine on special customer specifications on the current work order or any quality issues encountered throughout the shift
- Notify setup technicians of any quality concerns
- Fill hoppers with components
- Assist with breaks
- Replenish corrugate and packaging materials at each station
- Complete laminate box count form
- Fill out a 32‑tray inspection form and perform 100% inspection on given trays
- Perform rework and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
- Review and understand customer pack‑out requirements
