Production Specialist - Laminate Tube

• Complete line clearance and first‑piece inspection documentation upon each work order
• Verify all materials and labels match the traveler
• Understand traveler size/style descriptors and specialty symbols indicative of production requirements
• Perform ongoing quality checks on each tray during production
• Communicate with operators taking over your machine on special customer specifications on the current work order or any quality issues encountered throughout the shift
• Notify setup technicians of any quality concerns
• Fill hoppers with components
• Assist with breaks
• Replenish corrugate and packaging materials at each station
• Complete laminate box count form
• Fill out a 32‑tray inspection form and perform 100% inspection on given trays
• Perform rework and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
• Review and understand customer pack‑out requirements
