• Complete line clearance and first‑piece inspection documentation upon each work order.
• Verify all materials and labels match the traveler.
• Understand traveler size/style descriptors and specialty symbols indicative of production requirements.
• Perform ongoing quality checks from each tray during production.
• Communicate with operators taking over your machine of special customer specifications on the current work order or any quality issues you have encountered throughout the shift.
• Notify setup technicians of any quality concerns.
• Fill hoppers with components.
• Assist with breaks.
• Replenish corrugate and packaging materials at each station.
• Complete laminate box count form.
• Fill out 32‑tray inspection form and perform 100% inspection on given trays.
• Perform rework and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Review and understand customer packout requirements.
