** Stanley Access Technologies seeks a self-motivated, results-driven team player to fill our Control Point Coordinator position. This role will perform a variety of tasks, including material handling, inventory coordination, cycle counting, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations. This role requires the ability to work independently or in a team environment, with minimal supervision, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products through the production process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process flow, quality standards, and ERP systems, as well as a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

* What You Will Do:

*** Coordinate the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts.
* Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
* Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) as needed, following proper training and operating requirements.
* Perform transactions in the ERP system to track inventory and production flow.
* Package, crate, bundle, and prepare products for shipping and receiving.
* Identify and report quality concerns, ensuring all tasks meet established quality and quantity requirements.
* Resolve problems, make recommendations, and escalate issues as necessary to leadership on movement of product both incoming and outgoing.
* Root cause inventory accuracy related issues to ensure the steady flow of product through the factory.
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
* Other duties and projects as assigned.
** What You Need To Succeed:
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years’ experience in material/inventory control or related field, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
* Proficient in using inventory management software and systems.
* Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required).
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
