Compensation:

• Earn$2,500 to $4,000 weekly
• $80 base rate
  per completed assessment
• Average6-9 patient visits daily
• Additional pay-per-test compensation
  for qualifying visits

Position Details:

• Flexible scheduling
  Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
