Travel Certified Nursing Assistant

• Valid Nurse Aide certification (STNA, CNA, or SRNA) in good standing.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Available every other weekend and holiday.
• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Safely prepare, administer, and document all medications used on campus.
• Maintain resident records for medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
• Verify that any medication brought by a newly admitted resident is examined and identified by the attending physician or facility pharmacy.
• Follow campus policies regarding the destruction of medications.
• Participate in daily nursing reports and electronic documentation.
• Assist residents with daily needs: personal hygiene, dressing, lifting, and transportation as required.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition; make independent decisions when warranted.
• Collaborate with a high‑quality, team‑oriented environment.

• Regional Travel: assignments within two (2) hours of home address, with applicable license or certification.
• Full Travel: assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Kentucky.
• Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays.
