All Pet Emergency Center is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician (or RVT-eligible) with a passion for emergency medicine to join our team! (Part time)

We provide after hours emergency and critical care services in Evansville, IN, open weekday nights and weekends.

$20 - $23 per hour, based on skill set, experience, and licensure status. Overnight, and weekend differentials offered.

Wed-Friday 6pm - 12am, Saturday 12pm - 10pm, Sunday 10a - 8pm.

As Veterinary Technician, you will help create and maintain a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our patients and clients. Duties will include:

• Client education and communication
• Patient triage
• Venipuncture
• Catheter placement
• Radiology
• Anesthesia monitoring
• Physical examinations and patient assessment
• Surgical preparation and assisting
• Laboratory work
• Pharmacy
• Patient recovery
• Compassionate patient care
