Dauby Real Estate is a leading real estate team in the Southwest Indiana area, selling over 350 homes per year. We provide coaching, training, and a framework for accountability to help you grow.

• Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
• Conduct open houses
• Make outgoing phone calls, texts and emails to convert leads into clients
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call

• You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
• Excellent at building rapport, listening to needs, and identifying solutions
• Prospecting and lead generation skills
• Ability to overcome objections
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Willing to obtain a real estate license (assistance available)
• Learning-based, growth-minded, organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
