, you'll be the ultimate Insomniac. You'll interact with customers at the front of the store and bake our delicious Warm and Delicious cookies!

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately without shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

• Prior experience in customer service (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious nature
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
