Key Responsibilities
  • Safety First – Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
  • Count and record inventory with precision. Accuracy matters here.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow – Your playbook for success.
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods – think conditioning, but with purpose.
  • Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when you beat them. Productivity‑based wage increases are in your future.

Team Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience desired:
    Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work. No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring discipline, we will train the rest.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • We encourage applications from candidates who:
    • No degree needed.
    • No experience or returning to the workforce.
    • Have military experience.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
  • Willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, travel via car and occasionally by plane including overnight stays.
