Outside Sales Representative

The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth within a designated territory by prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting on-site assessments, and presenting tailored proposals for uniform rental and facility services. They will develop long-term client relationships, negotiate multi-year agreements, and ensure seamless onboarding in collaboration with service teams.

• Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and visits
• Perform on-site assessments and deliver presentations
• Create customized proposals and close sales for multi-year contracts
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions
• Achieve or surpass sales targets regularly
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and manage full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and clean driving record
