As a Security Officer - Front Desk Healthcare in Evansville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, assisting with access, and providing exceptional customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and communication, supporting a welcoming and secure environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed at the front desk in a healthcare location.
• Monitor access and greet visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner, verifying credentials and assisting with way finding as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and healthcare staff regarding security-related matters and/or concerns.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior within the immediate area of the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
