Job Description:
As an experienced roofer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of roofing systems.
Responsibilities:
Installation: Install various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.Repair: Identify and repair leaks, damaged shingles, and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, replacing worn-out components, and inspecting roofs for potential issues.Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their roofing needs.Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial roofing.Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods. Basic knowledge of rise, run, slope, span, and pitch.Skills: Proficient in using roofing tools and equipment such as nail guns, shingle cutters, and safety harnesses.Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working t be able to carry a 40 FT ladder; and may be required to lift up to 80 lbs.License/Certification: Valid driver's license (preferred) and any relevant certifications/licenses.Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.How to Apply:
