Flagship Communities is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician Tradesman for our manufactured home communities. You will perform painting, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, landscaping, and general upkeep while traveling regionally to communities.
Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in housing maintenance, own tools and a valid driver's license, and can work autonomously while following safety guidelines. A high school diploma is required; CMRP is desired.
