Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance
Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufactured home communities in Evansville, IN. You will perform painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical and landscaping tasks while traveling regionally.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in housing maintenance (4–7 years preferred), carries necessary tools, works independently and adheres to health and safety guidelines to keep residents safe and comfortable.
