Today we are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Rover Technician in the Evansville, IN area. What we are offering:

$32.00 to $35.00 per hour
Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

What we need from you:

Valid EPA / HVAC certification and demonstrated HVAC experience (including installs/ repairs)
Valid pool certification (Preferred)
1+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
Some experience in apartment maintenance
Some experience managing and/or executing capital projects
Must be able to climb ladders, 6’ to 32’
Must have basic safety knowledge and ability to apply principles to work (basic training will be provided within 30 days of hire if needed)
General understanding and ability to complete the following:

Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
Plumbing, sweating copper pipe
Electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
HVAC and/or boiler systems
Water heaters, both electric and gas
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposal

Ability to self-manage and stay on task during solo projects
Ability to travel and work between different sites as directed on a daily basis

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, a drug screening and Valid Drivers license required. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
