Flagship Communities REIT seeks a Road Maintenance Foreman to lead concrete, blacktop, and seal coating crews. The ideal candidate will manage field operations, oversee safety and quality, and work autonomously while maintaining residents’ roads to high standards.
Applicants should have strong hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel occasionally. The role reports to the Property Manager and requires a proactive, team-oriented approach.
