If so, the Healthy Families Support Worker position may be the right fit for you! Hillcrest Youth Services is currently seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to fill this full‑time position. The position offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour for a 40‑hour workweek, working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

- Provide regularly scheduled visits in the home of the client with services based on both the outcomes of the Risk Factor Assessment tool as well as the results from Child Development Screens.
- Assist parents to increase their ability to problem solve and assume the role of advocate for themselves and their children.
- Collaborate with supervisors and families to construct Individual Family Support Plans (IFSP) with achievable goals, objectives and activities.
- Seek and identify family strengths; recognize dysfunction and apply appropriate interventions as needed.
- Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and be 21 years of age.
- Applicants must be available the first week of employment to attend a full‑time, first shift (8AM-5PM) orientation and training program.
- Candidates must be able to establish trusting relationships, function from within a strength‑based perspective, and successfully interact with families from other cultures.
- Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have valid driver's license and qualify for company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
