The position offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour for a 40-hour workweek, working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Provide regularly scheduled visits in the home of the client with services based on both the outcomes of the Risk Factor Assessment tool as well as the results from Child Development Screens.
• Assist parents to increase their ability to problem solve and assume the role of advocate for themselves and their children.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to construct Individual Family Support Plans (IFSP) with achievable goals, objectives and activities.
• Seek and identify family strengths; recognize dysfunction and apply appropriate interventions as needed.
