Branch Manager

The Tapered Design Specialist is responsible for providing tapered insulation designs and takeoffs from architectural roof plans for commercial and residential low-slope applications. This exciting role requires an individual who is team-oriented and has strong customer service skills, often assisting the sales team with design solutions for customers in challenging situations and providing professional and technical support.

• Provide accurate insulation material quotations for roofing contractors.
• Generate professional CAD-based shop drawings for submittals and installation.
• Service support for the technical services team and territory sales managers.
• Participate in team meetings and projects; engage in team discussions.

• Self-starter, strong time management and attention to detail, team-oriented.
• Complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Building strategic working relationships with the roofing contractors and vendors.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of Taper-Plus software is preferred.
• Knowledge and proficiency of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft/Google applications.
• Technical and professional knowledge of the roofing industry and roof application.
