Senior Customer Quality Support Representative

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Quality Support Representative to support the KC‑46 Tanker program in Everett, WA
. The selected candidate will act as the primary customer‑interface focal.

Position Responsibilities
  • Perform customer reviews, shakes, and inspections.
  • Independently manage the schedule of customer inspections and events.
  • Coordinate with customer manufacturing and quality stakeholders to ensure alignment of resources to support the schedule.
  • Assist the customer throughout production and delivery through various quality tasks and projects.
  • Provide product manufacturing and delivery status.
  • Facilitate and lead customer concern resolution.
  • Complete administrative tasks that support customer requirements.
  • Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Lead the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing efficiency.
  • Provide customer orientations around safety, production delivery processes and the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Coordinate and communicate applicable records with the customer.
  • Work under minimal supervision and exercise considerable latitude in determining strategies and approaches to assignments based on procedures, goals and objectives.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 5 years of experience with aircraft production or maintenance.
  • Experience directly interfacing with customers.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Experience working with DCMA personnel.
  • Experience in application of the Quality Management System.
  • Experience working independently and managing work statements.
  • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.

Travel: Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
