Bright Star Care is a trusted provider of skilled and non-skilled home health services. We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who truly cares about making a difference. As a PT on our team, you’ll help clients restore strength, independence, and dignity—all from the home environments they cherish

• Competitive pay — $90 to $100 per visit + mileage reimbursement

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
  
  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR

• Active MA PT license
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• CPR certified
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
