Spa Guest Attendant
Job DescriptionHourly Pay: $19.00 - $21.00
The Spa Guest Attendant is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each guest. The Guest Attendant will exceed guest expectations by assisting guests throughout their spa visit and maintaining a clean work environment, including the spa, locker rooms, and reception area.
Core Responsibilities- Accurately assist guests with check‑in for spa reservations and spa access. Provide guest tours of the facility and inform guests of available amenities.
- Manage spa lockers, replenishing guest amenities such as robes, hangers, plastic bags, sandals, and other items.
- Verify that only spa guests access the facility.
- Provide guest vouchers to the spa technician team promptly to ensure guests are retrieved for service on time.
- Consistently monitor the spa area to ensure cleanliness, restocking amenities per department guidelines, and collecting soiled linens to maintain the facility.
- Understand and be well‑versed in the resort, hotel features, and services—including all outlets, hours of operation, activities, and events available to guests.
- Ensure the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas.
- Prepare spa food and beverages in compliance with all SNHD and property food handler requirements.
- Maintain spa linen and product inventories, including monthly inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Outstanding customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Preferred experience in a high‑volume luxury spa or resort.
- Ability to adjust schedule based on business demands.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective communication in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Well‑groomed and professional appearance.
- Current Nevada Food Handler’s Card.
- Minimum age 18 years or older.
