Join to apply for the On-Demand Guest Advocate role at Target.

As an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you can work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. You will not be on the posted weekly schedule but can pick up shifts to fit your schedule via the myTime scheduling app.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed; be familiar with fulfillment services and direct guests to enroll and use them.
• Explain how to use Wallet and other Target App features.
• Handle returns with guidance from leadership and follow Target policies and procedures.
• Partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Work safely and comply with safety policies, reporting hazards as needed.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up operations and comply with applicable laws and policies.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and helping others; ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities; comfortable using handheld scanners and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
