- Process Checkout and/or Return transactions, and monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area.
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service to customers.
- Proactively seek product knowledge to inform customers and identify selling opportunities.
- Follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink.
- Provide first-level escalation for customer issues and assist in supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates by participating in the training of new Cashiers and using tools to coach and develop others.
- Preferred qualification: 1+ years of Cashier experience.
