Overview

Retail Inventory Associate - Driver role with part-time hours. This position offers an hourly rate range of $17.50-$22.50 and requires flexibility in scheduling. The role includes driving responsibilities, inventory counts, and customer-facing tasks as part of a team at WIS.

What You Will Do
  • Safety First – transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
  • Count and record inventory with precision.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow and move between inventory locations (standing for extended periods).
  • Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are in your future.

Team Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, and/or Warehouse work is preferred. Training is available if you have the right discipline.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Applications encouraged from candidates with no degree, no experience, or returning to the workforce; military experience is also welcome.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
Inventory Associate Driver Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
  • Willingness to submit to pre-employment checks (investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR) per company standards.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Working Conditions

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive hand/wrist motions, and ability to perform low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching). Ability to use ladders and lift/carry items up to 25 lbs. Travel by car and occasional overnight stays may be required.
