• Maintain a professional appearance and remain on post at all times.
• Monitor security and concierge personnel to ensure guest services meet company standards.
• Provide general administrative support, respond to inquiries, and anticipate customer needs.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel.
• Notify supervisors of all serious incidents in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with all assigned security staff.
• Deliver a pleasant experience to all customers and vendors.
• Coach, motivate, and discipline personnel as required.
• Assist management in developing employee relations and retention programs.
• Ensure personnel stay informed on updates to policies and procedures.

• Customer service experience required.
• Receptionist or guest service experience required.
• 2-3 years of security concierge or reception experience.
• Professional appearance and dependable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
