Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Omni Studio Developer to lead and deliver large-scale Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Omni Studio, LWC, and complex Salesforce integrations, and be capable of mentoring junior developers while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development of new business requirements using Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScript, Apex, Lightning Flows, triggers, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop complex, multistep UI pages using LWC and OmniScript.
- Implement batch data processing and real-time stream processing on Salesforce.
- Configure Salesforce applications including Lightning App Builder, flows, validation rules, and UI enhancements with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Implement asynchronous processing solutions, such as Platform Events, Async Apex, Queueable Apex, Change Data Capture, and Lightning Message Service.
- Customize and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
- Use Omni Studio deployment tools like IDX Workbench, Vlocity Build Tool (VBT), and Salesforce CLI.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process documentation, naming conventions, commenting standards, and Salesforce policies/procedures.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 14+ years in software development, including 10+ years as a Salesforce Developer delivering large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
- Certified Salesforce Omni Studio Developer and Platform Developer I & II.
- Salesforce OmniScript, LWC, Apex, Lightning Flows, Triggers, Workflows
- SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Batch data and real-time stream processing
- Salesforce API integration (REST/SOAP) and middleware
- Async Apex, Platform Events, Queueable Apex, CDC, Lightning Message Service
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities)
- Omni Studio deployment tools: IDX Workbench, Vlocity Build Tool, Salesforce CLI
