• Help clients and build lasting relationships by inspiring confidence in their decisions about life, careers, and money.
• As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist
  , focus on delivering a great experience for clients now and in the future.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients according to their preferences.
• Ensure client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits described above, including medical and prescription drug coverage, retirement savings plans, and more.
