We offer highly competitive compensation with a pay structure designed to maximize your earning potential, with top earners making over $100k annually in our Everett shops

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues with precision and expertise.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of vehicles.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients about repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on complex repairs.
• ASE Master Certification preferred; additional certifications a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Must be honest
