At Fleet Service Auto & Truck Repair
, we're looking for a customer service-oriented person to join our Everett, WA shop full-time
. Our ideal person is outgoing, collaborative, and able to make sales without being pushy.

Pay: Depending on experience, you can make $60,000 - $120,000/year
. You can also receive bonuses for exceptional work.

Schedule: You have the choice between working five 8-hour shifts (Monday - Friday) or four 10-hour shifts (Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday).

Our Automotive Service Advisor also receives ongoing training to stay sharp and learn more within the auto repair industry.

You'll be the friendly person who greets customers when they call or visit our auto repair shop and helps them out with whatever they need. Success will hinge on your communication skills and ability to upsell without being dishonest. Here's a closer look:

• Warmly greet every customer and speak with them about their auto repair needs
• Write up detailed invoices
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Inform customers about additional services the techs recommend having done and encourage the customer to approve the work
• Update customers on their vehicle's progress
• Stay up-to-date with new auto repair technologies and products

• 1+ years of experience managing customer relationships
• Advising experience
• Customer service and relations experience
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Previous Protractor experience preferred

Experience in the automotive industry would be preferred.
