Job Description: Mid-Level Disability Management Specialist
Location: Renton, Washington;
Everett, Washington (temporary in Renton during 2024 and 2025, then transition to Everett)
Shift: Second shift (11:30am to 8:00pm)
This role will support the 737 Northline and is expected to be 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:- 3+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability Management, Reasonable Accommodation, Work-related injuries, or Return to Work Programs.
- Willingness to work variable shifts and overtime as needed to support production.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience with medical confidentiality
- Experience with administration, including case management, of the reasonable accommodation process and disability-related laws, policies, and regulations (e.g., ADA)
- Experience with government laws and regulations
Compensation: Salary range: $79,050 – $106,950 (based on experience and qualifications)
