What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 15+ Account Managers in MDU and fiber communities
    , overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development.
  • Spend more than half your day out in the field with your team
    , coaching, supporting, and driving results where it matters most.
  • Build relationships with property managers and community leaders to expand fiber access.
  • Host community events that celebrate new fiber launches and create local excitement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver campaigns that resonate with neighborhoods.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve outreach and engagement.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of telecom sales experience.
  • 4+ years leading large sales teams (15+ direct reports).
  • Experience in property management or leasing sales.
  • A proven record of exceeding aggressive sales targets.
