Our last prototype, Trenta, completed 10,000 high‑power pulses and reached plasma temperatures of 100 million degrees Celsius (9 keV). What You Will Be Doing

We’re growing our Executive Operations team and hiring Executive Assistants to support senior leadership. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, manage priorities, and help drive operational excellence, enabling leaders to focus on high‑value work. Depending on experience, responsibilities range from managing calendars and travel logistics to acting as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives. This is an onsite role that reports directly to a member of the executive team at our Everett, WA office.

Will
  • Provide comprehensive support to senior leaders, including inbox and calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization of daily activities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and accommodations for leaders and external partners
  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, team events, and offsites
  • Develop presentations, briefings, and key communications for executives
  • Track action items, deadlines, and recurring responsibilities
  • Prepare agendas, itineraries, and briefing materials to ensure leaders are set up for success
  • Coordinate expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, building strong cross‑functional relationships
Required Skills
  • 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in administrative or operational support
  • Experience with calendar organization
  • Experience booking and managing travel logistics
  • Eagerness to grow and integrate tools (including AI) to streamline support
  • Ability to work onsite and mirror leadership schedules, evenings/weekends as needed

Helion’s compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity—ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. We are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.

This is an exempt salaried role.

Annual Base Pay

$119,000 – $136,000 USD
