• Compensation:
  Earn $166,700 - $208,400 annually, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus that includes relocation assistance. The bonus carries a two-year service commitment, with repayment required for early departure. Payments have typically been split between agreement signing and your first payroll. Eligible dentists may pursue NHSC and Washington State Health Professional Loan Repayment programs to help reduce educational debt. Awards depend on program eligibility and approval.

  • Provide comprehensive care and treatment plans- fillings, crowns/bridges, extractions, most root canals, dentures/partials, preventive care
  • Coordinate care, follow infection-control and prescribing protocols
  • Mentor dental and hygiene students
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • ADA-accredited dental program grad
  • Valid WA license, DEA and BLS certifications
  • 2+ yrs of experience
  • Ability to obtain payer credentialing, including Medicaid
  • Experience with underserved populations preferred
