The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining course material to ensure pilots, maintenance crews, and technical personnel are fully proficient in the operation, performance, and systems of the aircraft. This role requires significant flexibility in scheduling, as it involves working various shifts (days, evenings, weekends) to meet training demands.
You will learn all about the aircraft by attending classes. You are paid at the same rate for your time as you learn.
Instruction Delivery: After attending classes to learn about the Aircraft, Conduct dynamic classroom lectures, simulator sessions, and practical, hands-on demonstrations covering all information about the aircraft.
Curriculum Management: Develop, review, and update training materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and testing instruments to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with the aircraft's current configuration and operational manuals.
Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible and varying shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, based on the dynamic scheduling requirements of the training program.
QualificationsPrroven ability to develop and present complex technical material to diverse audiences (pilots, engineers, technicians).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other presentation/instructional software.
Mandatory requirement for flexibility to work a rotating or variable schedule.
