PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry to find a dedicated Employee Development Specialist who will play a key role in empowering the next generation of aerospace professionals. In this position, you’ll use your technical expertise and instructional skill to design, deliver, and refine training programs that enhance performance, ensure quality, and advance operational excellence across aerospace manufacturing operations.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Conduct learning needs analyses and define clear training objectives.
- Design and deliver high-quality, hands‑on training content across specialized areas such as Electrical, Structural, Quality, or Systems.
- Coaching individuals and teams to improve skills, productivity, and performance.
- Facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training using a variety of delivery methods to ensure engagement and knowledge retention.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to qualify new instructors.
- Ensure all training meets regulatory and organizational standards, with an emphasis on safety and quality.
- Collaborate across departments to identify performance gaps and recommend development strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support.
- Proven experience in employee development, coaching, or instruction.
- Strong ability to design and deliver leadership development or technical training programs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions.
- Position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to ITAR and/or EAR regulations.
- Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certifications.
- Background in Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, or Systems work.
- Prior experience as a mechanic in aerospace environments.
- Knowledge of needs assessment, job analysis, and advanced instructional methods.
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour.
