Contract Type: Full Time – 12 Months (Leading to Permanent Position)
Job OverviewThe ideal candidates must have extensive knowledge of all Boeing systems. Familiarity with General Familiarization (Gen Fam) is a plus. A strong understanding of flight controls and systems is required, along with expertise in heavy maintenance from an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) environment. Ensure all maintenance actions, including documentation, are carried out in accordance with approved data in an airworthy manner.
Additionally, responsible for preliminary, routine and in-process inspections on aircraft and/or components to determine serviceability and airworthiness.

- Responsible for preliminary, routine and in-process inspections on aircraft and/or components to determine serviceability and airworthiness.
- Ensures documentation of maintenance performed is completed as required by FAR's, Repair Station Manual and customer s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).
- Completes final buy-back of maintenance performed.
- Performs in-progress inspections including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks and rigs.
- Performs return-to-service and airworthiness releases on serviceable tags, aircraft logbooks, and FAA form 337 as authorized.
- Documents on-the-job training (OJT) and experience for inclusion into training file.
- Performs audit of facilities for FAR and safety regulation compliance.
- Monitors compliance to scrap bin policy.
- Be available on the floor to provide oversight, guidance and assistance.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Effective and appropriate conduct with co-workers.
- Familiarity with 737, 767, Airbus, or Next Gen aircraft.
- Airframe Services: Minimum of three (3) years heavy aircraft maintenance experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by Manager s discretion.
- F.A.A. Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required - No Exceptions.
- Components Service: Minimum of three (3) years aircraft component maintenance experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by Manager s discretion.
- NDI and previous QC experience highly desirable.
- Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.
