The Propulsion Systems Industrial Engineering team is seeking a Methods Process Analyst to join our team located in Everett WA and Kent WA.
Our Methods Process Analyst contractors will focus on documenting time standards and processes to focus on production stability. This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.
Onsite:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in either Everett WA or Kent WA or both as needed.
Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED FOR ROLE):
Must be able to crouch down, semi-mobile, walk, and climb stairs while performing duties throughout the day.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Exposure and/or experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment
- Experience performing work observations and time studies.
Preferred
Skills:
- Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
- Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education e.g. Bachelor or higher required.
