The Project Engineer provides engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, including internal and external resources and customers. The role involves developing engineering project plans to meet customer requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of aircraft structural, interior, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
- Experience with structural substantiation and certification.
- Background in aviation and aircraft interior design.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of up to 20 engineers.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CAD, spreadsheets, word processing, and project management software.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and travel as required.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
