Fluke Corporation is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Everett, WA. Salary range: $65,100 - $120,900.

The role focuses on analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining production methods, sequences, specifications, and equipment for new and existing products. The objective is to improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

• Perform manufacturing engineering assignments associated with the integrity of product design to assure quality and cost‑effective production.
• Advise engineering of existing production capabilities, equipment, facilities, and standard practices to contribute to the development of designs.
• Coordinate with support groups to ensure capabilities and capacities are developed to support new products.
• Ensure efficient manufacturing through achieving quality, cost, operating specifications, customer and company standards and requirements.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve production processes and achieve cost reduction.
• Plan, define and implement new manufacturing systems as needed for new product introductions.
• Responsible for managing and implementing projects of varying complexity and scope.
• Ensure integrity of existing manufacturing documents and take ownership for creation of new manufacturing documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledgeable with components of Lean Manufacturing.
• Root cause analysis using various problem‑solving methodologies.
• Leadership experience within a team, project or job.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results.
• Comfortable working problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Solid Works and/or Pro Engineer (ProE) experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings required.
• Experience working in a metric/goal driven environment.
• Hands‑on approach / experience with manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills; effectively present information and respond to feedback at any level within the organization.
