This role serves as the technical bridge between creative livery design and production execution, transforming conceptual artwork into precise 3D CATIA geometry, digital mylars, and technical drawings that meet the requirements of aircraft paint application. The position is responsible for owning assigned deliverables from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Teague’s quality standards. Collaboration is central to the work, with regular interaction across design, engineering, and external partners to interpret design intent, verify feasibility, and maintain clear communication throughout the production lifecycle.

In addition to day‑to‑day CAD development, this role contributes to continuous improvement by participating in workflow discussions, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and applying thoughtful problem‑solving to technical challenges involving geometry, scale, or application methods. The position supports production reviews, maintains organized and compliant documentation, and may require periodic travel or onsite presence to engage with clients, partner teams, and key project milestones.

Overall, the role combines creativity, precision, and hands‑on technical work to support the successful delivery of aircraft livery and paint‑production programs.
