Responsibilities- Works with others to integrate product/process change requirements and document changes in change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments
- Reviews and analyzes metrics to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements; makes basic recommendations to improve compliance
- Reviews technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change
- Monitors compliance with change incorporation plans
- 3+ years of experience with baseline management
- 3+ years leading or managing projects involving cross‑functional or cross‑business unit teams
- 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years of practical application of organizational change management methods and tools (Examples include:
Engineering Tracking and Control (ETAC), Engineering Change Authoring System (ECAS), Change Processing System (CPS), Automated Commitment Management System (ACMS), Intra Boeing Exchange (IBEX), Commitment Development Schedule (CDS), and Fireview)
- Experience working in a high‑pace, dynamic environment leading people and projects toward a defined objective
- General knowledge of Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly, Tooling, and Quality
- General understanding of the airplane build process and what is required to build and deliver airplanes to the customer
- Familiarity with systems, roles, and processes from Engineering Release through Purchase Order creation
- Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements
- Approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change
- Verifies compliance with change incorporation plans and oversees implementation of recovery plans as needed
- Works under minimal direction
