Position Overview
At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) seeks innovative and adaptable Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineers (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) to join our teams in Everett, WA, and Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities- Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Design hardware, software, and interface specifications.
- Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations and certification requirements, including ARP
4754A, DO‑178, and DO‑254. - Resolve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
- Research specific technology advances for potential application to customer and company business needs.
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- Experience working in an electrical design engineering environment (with emphasis on electronic and electrical systems design and analysis).
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in avionics design and a background in related fields within the avionics industry.
- Experience with Flight Management Systems.
- Pilot’s license and/or experience working in the flight deck.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

2): $85,850 - $116,150 - Experienced (Level
3): $102,850 - $139,150 - Senior (Level
4): $128,350 - $173,650
