Perform and lead compliance investigations to maintain and restore airworthiness, ensuring systemic issues are addressed. Work with cross-functional teams, ODA, and leadership to implement corrective actions and improve safety and compliance processes. Focus on aviation safety and regulatory adherence across all airplane systems.
Core Responsibilities:- Conduct RCCA investigations for FAA Letters of Investigation, compliance actions, and airworthiness non‑compliances.
- Identify systemic root causes, implement containment and corrective actions, verify non‑recurrence.
- Coordinate with Boeing teams, ODA, and suppliers.
- Support continuous improvement of safety and compliance processes.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Knowledge of FAA regulatory compliance and airplane operations.
- Strong communication, initiative, leadership, and ability to work with diverse teams.
- RCCA tools experience (5‑Whys, Fishbone, Boeing Problem Solving Model).
- Pilot’s license or A&P license.
