Job OverviewLead quality innovation—driving root‑cause fixes, supplier excellence, drawing reviews, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), process surveillances, and MECR (Manufacturing Engineering Change Request) approvals—to implement world‑class quality systems and continuous improvement across the KC‑46 lifecycle.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
- 1+ years of automation testing experience.
- 1+ years working with quality systems (e.g., BQMS, ISO 9001, AS9100).
- U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong analytical and root‑cause corrective action (RCCA) skills.
- 3+ years defining, implementing, or improving production processes.
- 3+ years in data analysis and RCCA.
- 3+ years in quality inspection or auditing.
- 3+ years with GD&T drawing interpretation.
- Integrate Boeing Quality Management System requirements into proposals and program processes.
- Develop quality metrics, design and production certification plans.
- Conduct capability assessments and process validations for supplier selection.
- Participate in reviews to embed quality attributes into product design.
- Perform analysis and audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
- Disclose, analyze, and correct non‑conformance trends.
- Benchmark processes to achieve capability levels.
- Lead quality innovation across lifecycle activities.
- Location:
Everett, WA – 100 % onsite. - Travel up to 10 % of the time.
- Shift: 1st shift.
- Security clearance required; U.S. citizenship.
