Project Manager Electrical Design

Job Title: Project Manager with Electrical Design
Location: Everett, WA
Visa: USC / GC only - New Position

This position is based at customer location in Everett, WA; candidates must work from office.

• Develop overall project plan consistent with project objectives defined by the owner and key stakeholders, following accepted project management standards in the aerospace industry.
• Develop and execute project and process plans and set project targets.
• Ensure project control systems within scope are in place and integrate project data for decision makers.
• Prepare, identify, and present outcomes, assessments, corrective actions, initiatives, and lessons learned.
• Create, manage, and status report Microsoft Project schedule using MPP and provide ongoing status.
• Build project in Jira and collaborate with IPT and functional managers across the organization, burning down work toward milestones to TIA phases.
• Pull system requirement plans and status weekly to present to leadership.
  
  Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Work to improve project management processes and business systems that support decision makers.

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Management position.
• Desired certifications/experience with PMP, JIRA, MPP.
• Strong Microsoft Project skills and ability to maintain schedule.
• Experience building projects in Jira and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 per year
