Clear Water Services is hiring a Control Systems Engineer to design and deliver high-quality control panels, troubleshoot and resolve control systems, establish best practices for continuous improvement, and work collaboratively with the operations and manufacturing teams. This role requires extensive knowledge in PLC programming and various design systems. This position will require travel to our various locations and jobsites, mostly in the greater Seattle area.

Our headquarters are currently in Everett, WA, and we have other branches in Rodeo, Rancho Cordova, Signal Hill, CA and Ludington, MI.

• PLC Programming:
  Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using various control systems, such as chemical production lines, water treatment systems, remote monitoring units, etc. Studio 5000 (Allen-Bradley) preferred.
• HMI Design:
  Create and configure HMIs to meet operator and process requirements. Panel View (Allen-Bradley) and C-More preferred.
• Control System Design:
  Design control panels, wire-ways, conduit runs, and select appropriate components for high-voltage (600
  
  VAC or less) systems.
• System Integration:
  Lead projects from design to implementation, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Electrical Drawings:
  Create and update CAD drawings for control panels and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve issues in existing control systems, including 3rd-party systems.
• Travel: estimated >50% travel to various locations, primarily the greater Seattle area and other Pacific Northwest/West Coast locations.

• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with PLC and HMI programming.
• Understand and be able to modify electrical schematics.
