Pay RangeTarget Pay Range: $21.11–$23.61 per hour. Full Pay Range: $21.11–$27.93 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on relevant job‑related skills, experience, education, and training. In addition to salary, performance‑based incentives may be offered.

The part‑time Teller role plays a crucial part in providing quality service to our members. With excellent member service skills and knowledge of credit union policies, you will ensure all teller transactions are conducted accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner, positively impacting our members’ banking experience.

- Teller: $21.65 - $22.00 per hour (starting pay typically does not exceed the range midpoint)
Everett Financial Center
Training Schedule (First 5 Weeks – Paid)- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Part‑Time Training will be Full‑Time Hours)
- 24 Part‑Time Hours within:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every Saturday: 8:45 AM – 1:30 PM
- Weekly hours may vary based on business needs.
- High School Diploma or associated certification (GED) and at least one year of customer service or relevant experience.
- Teller or cash handling experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Experience promoting and selling financial products or services.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial transactions.
- Successful completion of BECU’s in‑house teller training program.
- Proficient math skills, able to process account transactions accurately.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills for professional handling of member concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member, using discretion and sound judgment.
- Additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives and goals.
